Where does the freight offer actually begin?
I would place the fictional port-to-warehouse offer beside the sixteen shipper briefs needing origin pickup and ask participants to identify what the proposed door-to-door name implies. We would compare keeping the broad name with making the base and additional activity explicit. The exercise would retain the extra selection work and the operating conditions that a visible option cannot settle by itself. Participants would use invented briefs, with no live consignment or customer-contract material requested. This workshop is proposed and has no delivered-event history. Its purpose would be to help teams distinguish a short description from an expanded promise. A closing review would test whether the boundary survives a comparison chart and a commercial introduction, rather than existing only in the detailed product brief. I would keep customs and contractual responsibilities outside the workshop’s conclusions and ask which appropriately authorised people need to assess them before an actual service is committed.
