Three welcome messages, and four subjects I must decline

Three kinds of message are welcome here. The first is from a nominating committee chair or a search partner about an independent directorship of the kind described on my Board Readiness page. Please tell me the company, the committee you have in mind, the meeting calendar and any dealings it has with Ardenwick, our customers or the makers of our devices, so that I can check for conflicts before we speak. The second is from nurses, pharmacists and other clinicians thinking about moving into product work; I try to make time for those conversations because someone once made time for mine. The third is an invitation to speak to clinical informatics or product audiences.

I cannot discuss our customers' patients or data, unreleased features, correspondence with the FDA that is not public, or Ardenwick's financing. I am not considering executive roles elsewhere. If you sell devices, data or services, please write to our procurement team rather than to me. I read everything sent through this page and reply myself, usually within ten days.
