Chief Human Resources Officer Canada
Write with a specific question about crews, bargaining or safety
The rules that govern a technician's day, from who bids for a posting to who may read a truck's location, decide what kind of telecom company we are.
Three kinds of message reach me usefully. A board chair or nominating committee with a human resources, compensation or safety committee vacancy at a utility, transport operator or Crown corporation can write with the organisation's name, the committee, the time it would need and any business link to Keswald. Organisers of a working session on field safety, bargaining or apprenticeship in remote communities can invite me to speak, provided there is time for questions; I do not give talks without them. HR and labour relations colleagues at other operators comparing practice on location data, seniority integration or contact-centre sourcing are welcome too. I am not taking executive search approaches before 2028. I will not discuss Keswald's bargaining positions, pay data or individual employees, and I cannot act on a grievance or a customer complaint sent here; those belong with a supervisor, a steward, our ethics line or our customer service team, where someone can resolve them. Please attach no personal files to a first message.
