Begin with the company and the committee

I welcome a conversation with a chair, a nomination committee or a search adviser about a non-executive seat in healthcare services or consumer health in Singapore or Malaysia. A short note naming the company, its ownership and the committee you have in mind is enough to begin. I will tell you promptly if a conflict with my employer rules me out, which is likely for any hospital or screening business. I am glad to speak with marketing leaders at earlier-stage health companies about advertising review or facilitator arrangements, as long as nothing confidential to either side is exchanged.
