Begin with the decision your board needs to make

Please use an initial introduction to explain the consumer business, its ownership and the decision for which my experience might be relevant. A board considering a new service offer or a change in customer channels would give me a clearer starting point than a general invitation to join its network. I would also need to understand expected preparation, travel and any relationship with Lanshuyu or our principal trading partners. I am continuing in my executive appointment, so an external discussion would be subject to consent and a conflict review. This demonstration is not a customer-service route, a supplier application or a place to send confidential product designs. Those matters belong with the appropriate company team. For a prospective board conversation, a short non-confidential outline is sufficient; supporting documents can be shared later through a process agreed by the people involved.
