Tell me which people decision the board is weighing

Write to me if your board is weighing a decision about pay, consultation or workforce change and wants a committee member who has carried such decisions inside a supervised bank. A short note is enough to begin: the company's ownership and regulator, the committee in question, the expected calendar and why the seat is open now. I reply within a week, in French, German or English. Please do not send personnel files, union correspondence or draft restructuring plans until a confidentiality arrangement has been agreed with the chair.
