Tell me about the asset decision ahead

The most useful first message tells me what the organisation owns, what decision its board expects to face over the next few years and why it is looking for another director now. If the seat is tied to a committee, please name it. A short description of the ownership, the asset base and the expected meeting calendar is enough to begin; detailed papers can follow under a confidentiality agreement once both sides see a reason to continue. I am a full-time executive of Corrandale Energy Infrastructure and need my chief executive's consent and a conflicts review before any commitment, so please allow a few weeks.
