Tell me what your board needs to understand

If you chair or advise a mutual property and casualty insurer, a credit union, a cooperative or a disability-services provider, I would like to hear what question the board is trying to answer about the people it serves. Please describe the organisation, its regulator, the committee where you see a contribution and the time the seat demands. A first conversation can be in French or English. I would need to tell Lacmorin's chair before going further and to check for conflicts with our plan sponsors, advisers and suppliers.
